The mission of Happy Harbour Early Childhood Program is to provide high quality early childhood education in a Christian environment.

Happy Harbour was established in 1994 as a Children’s Day Out. In 1995, we further developed our curriculum and restructured to become Happy Harbour Early Childhood Program, a developmental preschool. Enrollment is open to children from 24 months through pre-kindergarten. We welcome all children regardless of race, creed, color, nationality, or ethnicity. We believe that each child has special gifts and make it our mission to develop them.
